  14. I usually get my caffeine in the form of a peanut butter high protein mocha I make from a mix plus add in the peanut butter, protein and also fiber. It’s tasty and gets me going.

  15. I always drink tea in the morning. I had to switch to d-caf my breasts were swollen and hurting. I now only drink regular tea 2 times a week. So ladies if you have problems with painful swollen breasts it just might be that caffeine, wouldn’t hurt to check up on that.

  19. I normally have coffee in the morning but it doesn’t bother me not to. I know some people get headache’s if they don’t have their morning caffeine but I don’t. I have been know to have some herbal tea in the morning.
