People who should avoid drinking coffee

Caffeine has some side effects on the heart. People who have gut issues
Because coffee is an acidic beverage, those who have gut issues are more easily to have heartburn, stomach discomfort, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), etc. To reduce the risk, you can try low-roast coffee that’s less acidic.
People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
Research has shown that caffeine can increase the risk of miscarriage, premature labor, and low birth weight. For safety, pregnant women should limit caffeine to 200 milligrams, or 2 cups per day. A breastfeeding mother should also avoid coffee, as caffeine may make her dehydrated.
High level of anxiety, difficulty falling asleep, stomach discomfort, and all the side effects caffeine have on adults may be amplified in kids, especially toddlers. While they are right in the time for growth, some side effects may be neglected, resulting in malnutrition, cavities, etc.
