After infusing, you may ask how long I should drink up the infused water. Generally speaking, it is best for you to drink the infused water the same day or next day. But it is OK to drink the refrigerated infused water within 3 days of infusing. However, if it is un-refrigerated, you need to drink it the same day, in case of bacterial growth.

By the way, citrus fruits such as lemons will last longer in your infused water than other fleshy fruits such strawberry. Also, they can help to keep your infused water tasting fresh. But adding lime or lemon may cause your infused water taste bitter. You can cut the rinds off.

Ice, fruit, water – these are your magic weapon to beat the heat. Start to make your cup of infused water.
