3 eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons water

1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Step 1 – Cut up the ham into small cubes. Prepare a non-stick pan. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook the ham over medium heat well.

Step 2 – Put 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of water, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper into a large bowl. Whisk them.

Step 3 – Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the non-stick pan over medium heat, and then power the egg mixture into it. Push the set eggs toward the center and let the uncooked portion spread on the pan.

Step 4 – Wait until all the eggs are set, then place cooked ham on one side of it.

Step 5 – Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese on the top. Fold another side over the filling.
